On a roadshow the car is part of the schedule. The Mercedes V-Class turns transfer time into working time, with seating that faces the team, charging for every device and room for presentation cases and luggage.

Event and roadshow transport in Amsterdam: what to plan
Amsterdam is one of the busiest event cities in Europe. The RAI hosts large trade fairs and congresses, the Johan Cruijff Arena and Ziggo Dome fill with concerts and matches, and the Zuidas and the city centre hold conferences throughout the year. Roadshows across the Netherlands
A roadshow moves quickly: Amsterdam in the morning, Utrecht at noon, The Hague in the evening. We keep the same car and chauffeur on the tour, with fixed prices for each leg and a timetable that everyone can see. Longer stages to Rotterdam, Antwerp or Brussels are planned in the same way.
Pair events with corporate accounts
Regular organisers can combine event programmes with a corporate limousine account, so one supplier covers day-to-day business travel and special occasions. For single guests there is also hourly limousine hire.

How many vehicles can you provide for one event?
We coordinate several Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and V-Class vehicles for one programme. Send us the number of guests and the schedule, and we confirm availability and a fixed quote.
Can the same chauffeur stay with us for a whole roadshow?
Yes. For multi-day tours we assign a chauffeur and a car to your group for the full programme, so the team deals with the same people every day.
Do you serve venues outside Amsterdam?
Yes. We drive to venues across the Netherlands and to Brussels, Antwerp and Düsseldorf. Each leg of a roadshow is quoted at a fixed price.
How far ahead should we book?
For large events and trade fair weeks, the earlier the better, ideally several weeks ahead. Smaller programmes can often be arranged at shorter notice, so contact us with the details.
Do you provide a single invoice?
Yes. One invoice with VAT covers the whole programme, and regular organisers can request a company account.
